Actor Jacqueline Fernandez recently graced the cover of Grazia magazine. She looked radiant on the cover. During the conversation with the magazine, the actress spoke about how her quarantine life has been all about the things she couldn’t focus on during the busy period of her life.
She revealed that she used this lockdown opportunity to de-clutter her wardrobe. “I’ve spent the past two months standing in from of my wardrobe, contemplating what I should do with everything I own. So, I decided to dedicate two whole days to de-cluttering my wardrobe. Let’s just say that I now have a room full of ‘stuff’ — I realized that I’ve been hoarding, candles, a number of cushions, and gadgets — they were all catching dust. It made me realize that we consume way more that we need. So, I gave them all away,” Jacqueline said.
“I segregated the clothes I own, see myself wearing for the next few months into boxes and I curated a capsule wardrobe, of sorts, for myself. What’s left on the shelves are six pieces that I wear on rotation — tank tops, sweatpants, workout clothes, and a good skirt for the days, when want to dress up. Decluttering my space has given me peace of mind. Now, if l need to purchase something I’ll see if I own something similar. I’m recycling within my own closet. It’s the best form of minimalism,” she revealed to Grazia.
On the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez will be starring in Kick 2 and Bhoot Police. The actress has also joined hands with Amanda Cerny for a podcast and is partnering with Action Against Hunger Foundation.
