Nushrratt Bharuccha is all geared up for Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming movie Chhalaang, has left the audiences in complete awe with her dedication and sincerity to learn Haryanvi and Punjabi for the movie, despite hailing from Mumbai. Nushrratt put in her 100% to overcame all the language barriers and with the looks in the trailer, she has aced the dialect.

Her co-star Rajkummar has been showering appreciation for her hard work. In a recently released behind-the-scenes video of the song ‘Care Ni Karda’, Rajkummar says, “For Nushrratt it was tough I think, in the film she had to learn Haryanavi and the first song she had to learn Punjabi, so I think it’s good she’s been whiling with it”.

Rajkummar and Nushrratt’s adorable chemistry in the film has already left the audiences in awe and has left the viewers head over heels in love with the duo. Nushrratt’s dedication is surely commendable and we can’t wait to watch what the movie holds for us. Even with her previous roles in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and its sequel, she carved a very special place in the hearts of the audience, and created a separate fan army of her own.

Aparshakti Khurana recreation of Andaz Apna Apna in Punjabi with creator Vishnu Kaushal leaves everyone in splits

It has been more than 25 years but Andaz Apna Apna has not lost any of its madcap charms. The movie remains an iconic one with various scenes and dialogues from the same still being recreated. Recently, Aparshakti Khurana along with Vishnu Kaushal, who is a popular content creator, recreated one of the scenes from the film in Punjabi.

In the hilarious scene, Aparshakti’s character (played by Aamir Khan) tries to get into a friendly banter with Vishnu’s character (essayed by Salman Khan) where they ask each other about where they bought their respective jacket and cap from. However, as soon as the scene plays out, we see the two of them squabbling about how they are lying to each other.

Taking to Instagram, the actor has urged the platform to verify Vishnu’s account. Talking about recreating the popular scene which has left the social media in splits, Aparshakti says, “Andaz Apna Apna has been one of my favourite films. It is one of the films which have always inspired me when it comes to comedy. I am in awe of Amar and Prem’s bromance. I have always liked Vishnu’s brand of comedy and he is talented at his job. We just randomly decided to recreate this scene. Although it is Punjabi, we are happy that people are liking it.”

On the work front, the actor recently completed shooting for Helmet.

“The song, ‘Basanti’, is a testimony of the amount of fun we had shooting for it”, says Karishma Tanna

Karishma Tanna’s new song, ‘Basanti’, from the upcoming film Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari has already reached a whopping 6.2 million views on YouTube in just 3 days, making it an absolute essential for every party playlist.  Just like the rib-tickling trailer the first song from the film is full of high-energy, quirk, and a lot of fun. Karishma Tanna, who looks gorgeous in a red number tells us what looks like acting on screen is all real.

“All the madness and energy that you see on screen is all real and not acting. The song is a testimony of the amount of fun we had shooting for it. Manoj sir, Abhishek Banerjee, and I would do a lot of impromptu steps and get a lot of impromptu reactions because there was something different in every take. The candid moments have been captured in its full essence and it reflects on-screen”, said Karishma Tanna.

The satirical lyrics have been written by Danish Sabri, with Javed-Mohsin giving the song the sound of the 90s. The song has been choreographed by Vijay Ganguly.

Milap Zaveri shares pictures with a khakhi-clad John Abraham from the sets of Satyameva Jayate 2

John Abraham is all set to star in Satyameva Jayate 2. The actor was highly appreciated by the audience in the first instalment of the film and is going to star opposite Divya Khosla Kumar for the first time. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film promises high-octane action scenes and a drama. With the cast and crew being in Lucknow for their next schedule, Milap Zaveri shared a few pictures from the sets.

John Abraham is seen posing in a police uniform while Milap Zaveri dons a mask. The team has been maintaining all the required precautions to ensure that they complete the shoot without anyone contracting Coronavirus. The film is expected to release on Eid – May 12, 2021.

After wrapping up Haseen Dillruba, Taapsee Pannu begins look trial for Rashmi Rocket

Actress Taapsee Pannu is back to work and how. After spending a few days in the Maldives, she simply dived into work and even wrapped up Haseen Dillruba earlier this week which stars Vikrant Massey. Now, she has begun work on her next film which is Rashmi Rocket.

Sharing the photo on her Instagram story, Taapsee Pannu wrote, “And new chapter ka prologue is se. Look trial for #RashmiRocket.” She was on the set surrounded by the crew gearing up for some shots.

A few days ago, it was revealed that she was supposed to head to Bhuj for her next. Amid the heavy rainfall, the schedule has now been postponed. Instead, they are using the same dates of November and will commence the Pune schedule shoot.

Beginning in the salt pans of Kutch, Rashmi Rocket is about a young girl from a village, blessed with a gift – SPEED. She’s an incredibly fast runner. The village fondly knows her as “Rocket”. When she gets a chance to showcase her talent professionally, she excels but also realizes that the race to the finish line is peppered with many hurdles, and what seems like an athletic contest turns into her personal battle for respect, honour, and even her very identity.

The film is written by Nanda Periyasamy, Aniruddha Guha, and Kanika Dhillon. The film will be helmed by Akarsh Khurana who directed Karwaan.

Rashmi Rocket, produced by Ronnie Screwvala along with Neha Anand and Pranjal Khandhdiya, is set to release in 2021.

Shah Rukh Khan’s fanclub will celebrate his birthday virtually instead of visiting Mannat

Shah Rukh Khan is currently stationed in Dubai and attending the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. He recently held an #AskSRK session on Twitter where he advised the fans to not visit Mannat this year amid the pandemic. He said, “iss baar ka pyaar thoda door se yaar (this time show your love from a distance).”

This year the fans have decided to take the celebrations, virtual. A fanclub will be hosting a virtual cake-cutting ceremony, according to a daily. The fans will get the virtual experience of being at Mannat from Sunday midnight through the live streaming. The birthday celebrations will involve an SRK quiz, virtual selfie booths, games, and a few performances. The fanclub member also revealed that they will donate 5555 Covid kits with masks and sanitisers, along with 5555 meals to the needy and also visit old age homes and orphanages.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will begin shooting for Pathan in November starring alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He has reportedly signed Rajkumar Hirani and Atlee’s next films too.
